    I ordered a M1330 on thursday. At first the ETA ship date was the 21th. But I just checked my statues, and it was shipped today. I do wish they ship out my new laptop early, but this sounds way too fast, especially it's holiday season.
    Is there a possibility that Dell might send me a refurb? Does dell do this type of thing?
    Also, I ordered the LED display, how do I make sure I get that? Cause Dell happend to mess up my order before, so I wanna make sure. All I know is it's thinner, but I never seen them in real life before.

    It won't be a refurb...but it could be a notebook built for someone who ordered the same specs as you but canceled his order while it was building...it never left the factory for the original owner so its brand new...you just have luck.

    That's sounds a lot more comforting. Thanks for the advice. I was pretty worried that I got ripped off lol
    BTW can anyone tell me the exact thickness of the LED display?

    I ordered mine on Thursday as well. Mine was shipped today also when it had a 12/21 ship date so I'm just glad I might get it tomorrow though.
