    Me: You're going to have to refresh my memory, I've been on the phone a lot with Dell Reps.

    Him: I would like to know if you received the order.

    Me: Umm, which order? (I've ordered 4 different things from Dell in the last month or so)

    Him: Let me see, it was a bag I suppose.

    Me: :sigh: Yeah, I got it (Only thing left I'm waiting for is my 1420).


    Great followup there.

    Right before him, I was talking with Dell about cancelling the extended warranty I got yesterday. But I guess that isn't possible since they don't have the service tag for my 1420 yet. So how did the person yesterday sell me a 4 year warranty if it's not possible. I had to verify my DPA info too.
