I called today like at noon and it was in the production stage (testing). I called like at 6 today and it was in the build stage again. Then I called just now and its in the testing stage again. Is this a normal thing to happen?

After the long BUILD stage, TESTING is a brief stage (hours), followed by BOXING, usually 3 days.

Not to alarm you but your notebook may had a problem during testing and need to go back into building/repair stage. Since you went into testing stage quickly, I can only assume there was just a bad connection somewhere inside the notebook.
