Three months into my M1530 ownership and I am still LOVING this laptop. It has truly been great so far in basically every way. It gets the job done everytime, never chokes, always runs great, and looks fantastic as well. Anyone in question of buying one of these needs to just pull the trigger and buy one. Anyway you slice it, it's a fantastic laptop.

    I'm pushing 30 days and I love it! I botched the last 3 notebook purchases (Inspiron 1520, Vostro 1500, m1330) but this m1530 is a beauty :)

Im loving me..... I mean mine after 2 months.

    1530
    T8300
    1440X900 LG
    8600GT
    250HDD

Few teething problems as usual with system re-start as could not stand 20 programs of garbage opening up when I bought the lappy, but hey that middle america for you.

Have played games such as, Bio shock, Fear, Stalker, Call of duty 4, all at normal setting and no problem what so ever.

I await Crysis, Have not bought yet, but trust me I will butter that biscuit, regardless of what people say(it wont play on a 8600gt ddr3.) Thats what they said about bio shock.

I've had my inspiron 1520 for about 4 months now. I wouldn't say it has been rock solid, but it has definitely served my needs, and it's a major improvement on my old one. The other day I was talking to my dad, and compared it to a bed from IKEA. It's pretty cheap, it works well, and does what it's supposed to do... But I wouldn't go jumping up and down on it.

I would have preferred a thinkpad with similar capabilities, but that would have been annother $500 or more.

I would jump all over an M1530 if only it had a docking station connector. Unfortunately it doesn't so I'm limited to Latitudes or precisions - the dock expansion station makes it all worth it for those laptops!!

finally a post about the good things about owning a dell laptop.

2 months on for me and i still love it, runs most games i can throw at it, battery life is fantastic with the 9 cell.

everyone else likes it, ive convinced 4x other people at work to buy one, maybe that might stop dell from firing all their workers !

    M1530 ftw!
