Me too. I originally ordered on 6/29 through EPP for a great deal. My original order was suppose to come with a free Dell Nylon Deluxe Carrying Case for XPS M1330 (I was hoping at the time that this was a newly designed case made just for the M1330). Finally on 7/20, my original order was cancelled due to it never leaving the pre-production stage and a new order was automatically generated with a different case (a piece-of-crap Targus 17" case).
So I called Customer Service and explained I did not want the Targus case and asked if I could get the Timbuk2 case instead. The Service Rep was nice and said she could get me the Timbuk2 case, but she would have to cancel my current order and reorder it. The new order did not change my M1330 shipping date, but the seperate order with the bag is not scheduled to ship until 9/21!
At least I got the better bag for free and she even upgraded my M1330 order to next day shipping. -

Got told its for Home and Home office only and thats what i saw in the fine print. So im happy overall with my $200 Credit and Free 6 Cell Battery. + overnight and expedited processing.

My EDD is 8/1....still hasn't shipped yet..

So the consensus is that customer care and not sales have to place the order for the free bag or give you some credit?

Try both... it doesn't hurt to try both. I got some credit from customer care.
