How much time do I have left after I have recieved an replacement(m1330), and I want to call again for another replacement? Do I have a new set of 21 days for me evaluate my notebook after I recieved my replacement? Also----Will this replcement be a new m1330, not refurbished?

Right now I'm realy considering returning this replcement because I have a blue screen of death every single day........Plus there are other minor issues, even though I love this toshiba screen.

    Thanks

The 21 days starts from the day your first laptop ships, and does not get renewed.

There's no guarantee for anything. Dell replacements may be refurbished, or they may be new. They can't, without a darn good reason, refuse to service it under warranty, so even after your return period is up, you can still ask them to "fix" what is broken.

thanks man, but it does mean that during the return period (21 days) the replacement is definately new right?

also what would be the reason behind blue screens of death- which hardware?
