    Yeah, Dell is great about that, they'll send you the DVDs overnight for free if you're under warranty. They send the latest versions despite what you had, I've gotten PowerDVD upgrades that way and MediaDirect upgrades.

    bought a Acer for my Sis and no install disks.......I went on line and downloaded Win 7 for her and all the drivers just in case, what a pain!
