    do you guys usually tip your technician? i'm getting my keyboard replaced tomorrow morning and i've never had a dell (or electronics technician for that matter) technician ever set foot in my house before :p

    No. Technicians are usually not tipped.

    Yeah...just make sure that you're home when you are suppose to be and at least offer a drink(to be courteous). Also having your laptop ready helps...
