    I was confirming something with my rep about my order, and I asked about the 31 day lead time for shipping. She says right now its the 13.3 inch screen and she did mention the video card as well. So these both could be in short supply, and and causing the high lead times. She also noted the new insprions has around a 15 day lead time. Just sharing what I found out. Man waiting a whole month is going to suck!!
