    Call XPS service and have them replace it!!! I was worried that it was a design flaw after hearing a few stories about it, but it's not. My m1330 was just serviced with a new keyboard and it's flat as a board with very little flex! :D

    My keyboard never had a "mound". But I do have that gap between the LCD and LCD cover right above the webcam area. If you're in a room with light, just look and you can actually see some metal parts in the LCD.
