Hi guys!
Had problem after problem so far with my shiney new 10 day old m1730 so I'm 90% sure I'm going to phone up and send it back!
Just wondering if theres any fees I should be aware off?
Shipping fee restockign fee ect?
How fast does it normally take to transfer the money back to the account?(I paid by debit card)
Thanks in advance!

Return policy is 8 days in the UK.

^^^^
Thats a bummer.
So its 30 days in the US and 8 in the UK?? -
Since you've had a lot of problems you should NOT be charged any fee, I returned a Dell (UK) a couple months ago for a full refund after having it for 18 days.
So again, just push them really hard and explain that they have sent you an inoperable system, they should let you have a full refund, I mean you've only had yours 10 days when I had mine for 18 and still got my refund without paying any charge
As for how long you'll be waiting for the money... depends could be a couple days or it could be 30 days like in my case

If you bought it from the business side of Dell, I think the return period is one month, plus no restocking fee.

What kind of problems have you been having? im curious heh

SLI is pretty much useless in all game now thanks to the updates I was suggested to install by XPS tec.
Engineer came out yesterday and replaced the 8800m GTXs and in the process somehow managed to brake the DVD drive so I can't even reinstall vista to try and fix the SLI issue!
I was suppose to get a phonecall from Dell today from there software support but never got the call.
I'm working for 5 days now so I won't be able to anwser the phone!
Will ring up CS tomorrow and see where I get I guess...
Thanks for your reply guys^^ -
Just tell them to come and collect it, and be firm. Really should not be an issue, because of the issues you've had. I returned one of my systems I had for 7 weeks and got a full refund.
Just be very clear on what you want, I would just tell them you want a replacement. -
Did you even try the 17x series drivers like people suggested? My guess is there is nothing wrong with the system, and you just tried to use the stock driver.
To people that have returned there Dell (UK)
