I've a Dell Inspiron Laptop with windows 7 home basic and powered by a Core i3 processor. When I start downloading a movie from a torrent, after 10-15 minutes the screen suddenly turns blue and at the bottom of the screen it says "Dumping Physical Memory" !!! What should I do to avoid this ? And also tell me what is causing this problem.

Most torrents are illegal, and we aren't allowed to discuss them here.
