Searched the forum and couldn't find duplicate of this problem:
Twice now it has happened that my Toshiba Bluetooth stack has expired with the following message: "Thank you for evaluating the Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba. The evaluation period has expired. Please obtain a license for this version of Bluetooth Stack for Windows by Toshiba."

The first time, I needed to update the firmware and drivers anyway, so I just installed the new files from Dell. That lasted about 10 days, and now it is giving me the expired message again!!

Does anyone know what is going on with this? What is the easiest way to repair the Toshiba Stack?? Will the Toshiba Stack (ver. 4.00.30) from the Toshiba site work on the e1505? If anyone recommends switching to the Windows XP drivers, are they as user friendly as the Toshiba Stack and Bluetooth Manager??

Thanks in advance for the help.

And I had just set up my PocketPC, and my cell phone, and my mouse..... :(

Update: rebooted laptop, and regained fuctionality of Bluetooth Manager. So, now I have to wonder why BT randomly decides to expire....

The windows XP drivers don't support all types of hardware/stacks. Headsets for one. But they aren't too bad if you end up using them and don't need the lost functionality. They are simple and basic. Never used the toshiba one to be able to compare (I use a widcom controller)
