    Total replacment requirment?

    Is there a requirment/condition the laptop has to be in before they replace with a new one? Both motherboard and display goes out?

    In the past been it has been with at least 3 service calls for a replacement. How many service calls have you had?

    Also, if they send a technician out or it's sent in for Depot work, and they find that it's better to replace with new vs. ordering more parts (cost wise), you have that chance.
