I got rid of the touchpad icon in the system tray. How the heck do I get it back or access the touchpad settings? I searched my hard drive, but the only reference to Dell Touchpad is in "Uninstall Programs."

Control Panels, Mouse, click DELL Touchpad tab, click the big touchpad picture, bottom left check the box that says "Display Icon In Task Bar"

Go to start menu, type in "mouse", mouse properties will come up, select "Dell touchpad" then click on the symbol of the touchpad when the screen comes up the option is down in the left hand corner. Hope this helps, although I'm sure theres an easier way.

Ahh! Thanks and reps to you both! I had opened that, but some of the tabs (including that one) weren't displaying right. I've got modified mouse settings software; Microsoft Mobile Mouse 8000 installed.
