    My Vostro is on-route to me and i just wanted to know what some of the meanings of the Track and Trace activity's are.

    Plan commited Note ??????
    IVR ?????

    Finally, does IVR-OUTBOUND 25/04/08 AM DEL. mean its delivery to ME ?
    or the delivery Depot ?

    Why don't you call the delivery company directly and ask them??

    It started life with WALSH WESTERN but looks like it's now with BUSINESS POST.
    Just wanted to know if anyone knew what they meant.

    I'll see if the delivery arrives in the morning, if not i'll contact one of them.

    It'll be delivered to you on that date specified. Business Post carries out the final delivery leg in th UK. The driver usually phones just prior to delivery.

    When the tracking says DISPATCHED FROM THE HUB, is the HUB the final depot before delivery ?
