I received an email from Dell Canada on the 23rd saying my m1330 was shipped. When I click on Track this Shipment link in the email, it links me to the Dell Order Status website.
Their original ship date was Feb 28th, but it says it shipped on the 22nd. ETA is Mar. 5th however.
How do I track this shipment through Purolator? I only have my order number, no PIN/Reference number. Thanks in advance.
PS. I live in the lower mainland in BC. Any estimates of how long it will take to ship to me?

I ordered a M1530 and did not get a tracking number as well. Use Dell Chat (login account) and ask for your tracking number and service tag.
I specifically state that you ask for the service tag as well as that allows you to check whats in the laptop thats going to arrive and make sure they sent the right spec. I found out by checking the tag that they put the wrong LCD in my order :| -
I tried the chat session twice just now and both times the rep tells me I need to call them up for the tracking number. Are they for real?

Uhh, I tried to access the Dell Chat about a hour ago and they were closed. Which link are you using to get to Dell Chat? I got mine without any difficulties. They should be real people (pretty sure...)
