My XPS 1210 broke a month ago and since I've moved to the USA they won't service it until I transfer my ownership to the USA from Canada. I filled out the ownership transfer form twice around Dec 11 and it still has not been updated on my file yet.

I called customer care and they said it takes up to a month (does it really take that long?). XPS support (both Canada and USA) can't help and customer care won't do anything for me except tell me to fill out the online form.

Is there anyway to speed things up?
