I'm leaving the country, and there's 2year and 11 months left in the warrenty on my system. My roomate is getting an E1705 from the outlet store, like mine but with 1 year warrenty. I'm thinking about transfering my notebook's ownership to under his name, when he get the new system. Is't possible for him since he'll own 2 systems, to swap warrenty's? Has any1 tried this? Is DELL OK with this?

AFAIK the warranty is tied to that specific system. No transfer of the warranty to another computer.

Unfortunately you can't swap warranties like that. You can transfer it from person to person, but the warranty is tied to the specific service tag of the laptop. So unless you physically swap the laptops, you cannot swap warranties.

As to your laptop, if you got 3yr or longer NBD warranty, your warranty can actually be used in any country where dell operates.

I just called DELL international support, and they said my country Saudi Arabia is not included in their international warrenty program. Shame on them :/

You can't transfer it to another system.
