I just bought a dell and was wondering How long does it take for the change to occur?

I bought it on ebay and the customer service rep said that they will get back to be within 3 business days. I didn't have the person's phone number because I bought it from the pawn shop on ebay. I did have the service tag and express service code.

I'm just wondering why it would take so long? Maybe it's because it's on the business side?

I think it always takes that long...a single person probably handles all the transfers and it probably has to be entered into their systems by hand.
