    Try to cancel your M1330

    :mad: I was placed on hold for cancellations 50 minutes and was told I needed to be transferred to another department... another 20 minute wait. I blew a gasket and got an Indian CSR named Melanie (huh?) from the Dell Finance department. I told her to close my new account and the response was to call another department. After some negotiation I had her call me when the order was confirmed cancelled. Spending an hour to cancel at Dell sends a bad message. By the way I tested the "want to buy" wait time... only THREE minutes. :mad: :mad: :mad:

    You know if you reconsider you could get some big $ of your dell as re compensation.

    I've just told my rep (by email) that if my M1330 doesn't arrive on the promised date I'll cancel the order, it seems it's not a problem, he just asked me to send my account number by email...
