I ordered a nice little Dell inspiron 1520 back on July 9th, and it should come (i pray...) on September 13th.I called Dell today, thinking that I had some pretty good reasons to get free stuff for reimbursement. However, when I talked to a rep, he said (rather ironically) that I had to wait until I got my laptop to discuss any of that. Is this normal, or should I just forget that and keep calling?

Same thing happened to me too. My first order is a tad bit late.The Rep I talked to told me that I needed to wait for my laptop, so that i could contact them later.He said they wanted to know how late the comp was going to be. He said he would send me aan email with a case no in and I will have to keep it. Once I receive the comp I will have to contact them. I was real mad , and I canceled the order
