The 1520 should not have that module, but on the dell euro support website there is a download for turbo memory controller update.

So has the 1520 a robson turbo memory module after all?

Dell might offer it in some markets or they might be planning to introduce it at a later date...

The hardware supports it so nothing preventing them from adding it except the fact they, like many OEMs, said they don't see any benefit.

You can get one from Ebay. The system does not come with one.
