Can anybody help me to set True colour for my display - I have 64MB ATI card and when I try to set the resolution to 1200X800, it does not show up true color ?

Before buying the system I asked Dell which one is better

128 MB shared Graphics controller or 64 MB ATI card ? They advised to go for 64MB ATI and now saying that it does not support true colour. What a Joke !!!

Can anybody help me to know the truth ?

    Please advise

    Regards
    Bhulu

I think he means the 32-bit color option in the box right next to where you can change your resolution. Have you updated your drivers?

latest drivers on dell's support site... there should be a date / version number with the download. check to see if it's newer, if so, download and install
