You Can Get An ExpressCard, But The Easier Way Would Be To Use USB. Pinnacle Makes Some Really Good TV Tuners.

I picked up a decent (read: not great) tv tuner from the discount grocery store ALDI.

Works great for the 1-2 hours a month of TV I watch.

I just picked up the Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro USB stick at Bestbuy yesterday which is on sale for $50. It works wonderfully on my Vostro 1400 with T5470 and 2GB RAM. Forget about the poorly received analog channels that will be gone by next year. The digital SD and HD channels are crystal clear. The included small telescopic antenna picks up 17 of the 20 digital channels up to 45 miles away. With an amplified indoor antenna, I got a couple more channels but lost another one. This tuner stick comes with remote control and adapter cable for capturing video in composite or S-video source. The Hauppauge 950 is also $50 at Circuitcity, but the remote and adapter cable costs ~$20 including shipping from manufacturer.
