    Hey can I add this after I receive my laptop or is it only when you order. It didn't give me an option at the time but I'd love to have the option.

    Does the 1420 have a built in TV tuner? I'm not sure myself, but if its built in, then I adding it after market may be difficult.

    However, if its not built in, you can buy a 3rd party TV tuner at most computer stores or electronic shops.
