    My laptop is currently in HINCKLEY and the activity is PROCESSED EURO RETURNS CENTRE. Does anyone know where is the laptop going to be returned? Is it going to be returned to the factory LODZ? Thanks.

    If yoou mean to say you;ve returned your laptop to dell and thats what it shows on the tracking info for your return parcel then its reached its finally destination, it goes to the euro returns centre in Hinckley, not to lodz. ( I know I returned one)
