Anybody in the UK had a problem with Dell's shipping Company claiming they're not able to find an address? My order was supposed to come today but I’ve had my address queried as the carrier apparently couldn't find me. :(

If so what happened next? Do they keep trying to deliver or do you have to go and collect it from them? I'll ask for the delivery charge back if the latter

The fact they claim they couldn't find me is a pretty poor excuse given that all they have to do is use some common sense and enter my postcode on a sat-nav (surely all delivery Co's have these now)!!!! and if that fails they can always resort to Google maps/earth, Streetmap etc.

You have a point there. Last summer a friend of mine worked for a delivery company and they relied heavily upon Google Maps and other street finder websites to get the job done so the practice is not unheard of.
