I presume there has been a c0ck up. Or is it normal for a UPS to send your Laptop on a world Tour before it arrives at its final Destination??

Yeah I noticed this Dell forum isn't as responsive as the HP forum. I'm kinda disappointed with it.

Maybe you should've bought an HP instead. Hmm?

PS: I thought Dells sold in Europe were made in Ireland and Poland? No?

 

thats a very different trip to what my laptop had to go through, mine was a more direct route. Seems like a slip up on UPS / Dells part, call up dell and see whats up.

Shanghai > South Korea > Kazakhstan > Germany > UK.

The factory was also closed in Ireland I believe.

 

Should of just bought one from pcworld! lol

Its now telling me its gone thru India and the Emirates.

Sent an email to UPS And got a " don't worry everything is ok!"Reply

 

well atleast you can say when it's arrived that the laptops travelled well

 

Mine has the exact same route!

Can you update on what happened? Did you recieve it on time etc/condition of laptop etc?
