    It said press '3' to be offered the alternative date and my stupid phone deleted the message! Any way I can contact them or am I screwed?

    On a side not the estimated delivery for the Studio 15 i've ordered was 14th October and it is coming Thursday 2nd October.

    Wish I could open it when it gets here haha.

    Most likely it is Walsh Western - they have a link to the Dell order status web page.

    Just out of interest, when did you order you're studio 15? My estimated delivery date is 16th october and i'll be very pleased if it get's here 12 days before that!

    I ordered 24th October, so I think the 14th October was a bit late anyway but would of expected it on the 10th at the very earliest. Really pleased its getting here so early.

    I can't open it as it isn't for me. I bought it as a suprise for my GF's 21st Birthday bt just glad it is here so I can wrap it and its ready to go lol.
