I get this message when I try under account settings :
Only Home & Home Office, Small Business, Dell Refurbished and Dell Outlet customer numbers can be added using this feature. This customer number has not been added to your account.
This seems odd......epp members cant track their order through "my account"?

Because I can access my account thru EPP or Dell Home...
Try refreshing your *cache*..maybe that will help!
