Inspiron 13R with Standard Dell Wireless 1501 802.11 b/g/n Half Mini Card, Windows 7 Home Premium x64.

I am used to changing MAC Address of my older notebook, so I know that changing the value of Locally Administered MAC Address should do the trick. However, I've checked multiple times using ipconfig /all, and the Wireless MAC Address just won't change. I've tried restarting several times, disabling and enabling adapter, using MAC MakeUp program... And everything failed. The MAC Address just won't change.

Is it just not possible to change a Dell Wireless Card MAC Address? Because I've done some googling and I've read that there are other people using Dell having the same problem. Can anyone suggest a workaround on this? Other than changing my wireless card or not change the MAC Address.
