What is dell's return policy? My sister got the computer around December 20th and wants to know if she can return it to buy a cheaper but more powerful notebook.

How easy is it to get a refund for a dell computer?

    There's a 21 day return policy.

Even within the 21 days you may need to pay for restocking and shipping.

You're past your return date, so you have to sell the notebook yourself to get a new one.

And depends on what configuration you got on the Dell, it might be tough to get a more powerful notebook for less.
