This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I've had a look through Dell's site yesterday and saw that they offer free Vista upgrade or sth for 10$ for shipping the disc.

    Are we, the ones who purchased our laptops before the offerer, able to get those upgrades?

    I'm not sure but I dont think so. I think you have to purchase it on or after the 26th of October.
