    Hello,

I just got off from the phone with Dell. I just ordered Dell LED screen for $268. Well, I am going to replace the LCD by myself, so this is going to be my second time doing this. :D

If anyone wants to upgrade from CCFL to LED, please let me know. I got the part number. The lady assures me that the screen will fit perfectly in my bazel, so we will see about. If it doesn't work out, I guess I will return it.

Sweet! If you wanna take pictures or make any sort of documentation or guide on manually upgrading... that would be nice. If its too much of a hassle, please take before and after pictures of your screen to show the difference. It would be awesome!

Let me see if I get the right screen. I will probably take the picture and post in the forum. Hey, this is the cheapest way to get LED since Dell only offered WXGA when I bought the laptop, and I know that my laptop is still up to date with T7700.

Well, I assume if everything works as I plan.

    Congratz!

Damn that tech that told me it wouldn't be compatible and that I had to re-place my order with the LED option... arrrg, would've saved me loads of trouble.
