    Hi all,

Apologies if this has been asked before but I was wondering if it is possible to upgrade from the TN panel to a 4k panel? Laptop displays have always been something I've never understood well lol.

If it is possible, what screen would you recommend? If not, what is the next best option?

    Thanks in advance!

I believe the 1080p screen is a 30-pin connector whereas the 4K screen is a 40-pin connector. You may be better off looking for a 1080p IPS display.

LG LP156WF6-SPB1 is very much recommended for a 1080p IPS replacement.
