Upgrading Dimension 3000 Graphics

I hope the 3rd times a charm, i've tried to make this post twice and it keeps saying links broken.. anyway

Hey guys..

I know this isn't a laptop, but i need your help.

I am wanting to upgrade my dell dimension 3000 from xp to win7. It's a stock pc other than I upgraded the memory to 2GB.

I'm going to install a DVD drive.

And how good do you think it would run win7?

All i really use this pc for is light web browse and MOSTLY streaming movies to my ps3. That's why i really want to upgrade to win7, i heard it works much better. Also I'm sure a better graphics card would help that out a lot too.
