    Hello,

I'm planning to upgrade the memory of my Dell Inspiron E1705 to 2 Ghz, So I'm wondering if this Kingston memory will be compatible with it?

    http://www.frys.com/product/5045745

I already ordered 2 of these and still could cancelling them if it not compatible.

Btw, Is there any guide for upgrading memory on E1705, I've never done this before, so I'm afraid to broke it.

    Thanks guys

    That memory should work.

Upgrading memory is a very straightforward process.

Just try not to strip out the screws like I did for my first laptop... It will make the upgrade a pain.
