I really wanted to get the Blu-Ray player, upgraded graphics card, and the internal Bluetooth installed from the factory on my Studio 15, but I couldn't afford it at the time. Is it possible to upgrade any of this myself? I have the experience of building PC's, so I know I can do it, IF it is possible. What all is upgradeable on a Studio 15?

everything but the graphics...since this is soldered to the motherboard. the blu-ray player wouldn't be any trouble at all, but you'll void your warranty. ram is upgradeable w/o voiding the warranty, the wireless cards, the hard disk also.
    take care!

Changing the optiocal drive will not void the warranty.

I think the Intel 4500MHD does support Blu-Ray playback. I remember Intel making a hype about Centrino 2 being focused on High Definition content playback for laptops while decreasing power consumption.

    Don't quote me though...not 100% sure.
