Is there a trick to getting the service panel off? From what I can see there is only one screw. I have the battery off and have unscrewed the screw to its max setting. I tried to pry the panel open with a flat head and am fearing that I am going to destroy something. Is there a hidden screw or a trick to it? I feel like an idiot... but I cant seem to find a manual online or any sort of help. I didn't want to get mad and "hulk smash" anything, so thats why I am asking. Thanks in advance.

    Documentation

From the Dell Service manuals. Just carefully pry it with your fingers.

Yup, That did it. All I had to do was really pull hard. It is not "intended" to come out easily.
