    Hello all.

I have been granted a full refund on my Dell Xps L702X

My first system failed after 5 months and will not turn on.
The second system arrived yesterday and had a number of faults out of the box.

I have been requested to return both laptops and they will credit me with a full refund due to all the hassle I have had with these systems.

I am quite worried about the original laptop as it lost power and I havent been able to turn it on in order to wipe all of my personal info off of the Hard drive.

They are collecting the two systems tomorrow and im thinking about removing the hard drive from my original L702X before sending it back to Dell.

I know this is careless of me.
I play poker for a living and have all of my online passwords remembered and stored which access a range of my accounts,Let alone my online banking and folders with personal financial infomation on.

What should I do about this as it is a great concern???
And what are the consequences for removing the hard drive from my orignal system and not returning it??

Just hook it up to another machine and DBAN it...? You can run DoD 7-pass if you're worried...
