I recently bought a dell inspiron b120 notebook, after saving for like a year. It been working good but, this morning i booted it up and it just stayed at a black screen. So i tried to shut it off but it would not shut off. So i unplugged the ac and it still did not turn off. i dont know what to do.

Does the Dell Bios/logo page show?

    Do any lights turn on?

Does the notebook make any noises?

If you installed anything just recently, then start in safe mode. F12 on startup usually, then uninstall it. Other than that I don't know
