    Hello Friends,
    i have a inspiron with the following specs
    Intel C2D 1.7Ghz
    80GB Hard disk
    Intel 945GM Express Chipset family.

    Now the 945Gm display adapter uses 8MB only yet maximum that can be used is 224Mb. How do i make it use all of that.

    Btw BIOS doesnt allow changing it. Pls help!!!

    The card will manage itself and doesn't require you to manually set it. When using more graphically intensive programs, more RAM will be assigned to the card.
