Hey everyone, just wanted to ask if someone who knows alot about Dell's Complete Care warranty can answer my question.

Over the last year, my inspiron has taken a beating in terms of physical damage to the top and bottom, goin to school and stuff, you guys think Dell would replace the casing for the laptop as i do have complete care??

it's worth a try though... I'm interested as to what exactly you need to do in order to get completecare coverage.

my one friend is onto his 6th Latitude d810, he has complete care and he ends up always getting system exchanges no matter how minor the problem sounds

I've asked for repair due to cracks etc. and have been told no though this was some time ago. You can be gentle with an inspiron and they still crack and wear in places. They call this "normal wear and tear" and its not covered.

    But give it a shot.
