    VPN Help for SP1 for Friend

    Hello,

    My friend sent me an email last night saying that he is trying to connect to our university's network through the VPN in Vista SP1 but is unable to (he's out of town). He said it started happening after he installed SP1. I researched it a bit for him and it turns out that SP1 is the culprit. Do you guys and gals have any solutions to this problem (other than uninstalling SP1)? Any help would be appreciated because he can't connect to some of his classwork stuff unless he is connected through the network (which he can't do unless he gets the VPN working).
