    Hello,

I just got my dell inspiron 1501 (amd dual core tk-53). After few days, when I was working on a couple of programs, the screen went to gray and blue vertical bars and computer hung. I had to restrat it manullay then and now it is fine.

Is this normal with Dell? should i change the laptop?

    Thanks a lot,

It is not normal, but if it only happened once then (even though it sounds like a hardware fault) most probably juts a graphics driver glitch. I wouldn’t worry too much about it just now, but if it keeps on happening then there is a problem.
