Have any of you noticed that you have a very, very hot power supply?

Depend what you mean by very hot.

I know my charger for my T61p gets much hotter than the one for my Dell Inspiron 6000 did, but it is somewhat expected.

As long as it isn't burning your hand I think you'll be OK. ;)

That's kind of what I'm worried about, I can't touch it directly after using my notebook for around 30 mins unless I want blisters on my hand. This is also the smallest power supply I've seen.

Mine gets ridiculously hot as well. I imagine it is to do with it being so small. The power adapter for my last laptop (Inspiron 9100) was absolutely huge and only ever got slightly warm...

My M1330 adapter is not hot at all. It's only warm. My ntb is running for 10 hours now.

Same here, some of the older adapters for the M1330 were much warmer. Those are the ones with the rectangular shaped LED light on them, rather than the round LED which is very bright! My adapter only gets hot when charging.

I don't think it really matters. The adapters seem to be able to withstand some incredible temperatures. My G1S adapter gets extremely hot as well.
