Probably you are affected by the GPU problem and there is no way to fix this, try running diagnostics on the video card itself, check how it turns out. Also if diagnostics comes clean talk to Dell, tell them that you have done an OS reinstall and the problem persists, they will definitely know that this is a hardware problem.

Sometimes its just the motherboard that is being glitchy. Lets not always point fingers at the GPU only since it really isn't always the problem. You should try to call in for a replacement if you are within your 21 day return policy no questions asked.

Exactly, you have the time to get anything checked out, so you should do it. My motherboard failed on mine, and it was two years later, but with the warranty I had, I worked out fine.

Do you receive an error message of any kind? Have you checked your temps to verify if the failure can be attributed to overheating? Does the computer crash if you play JUST your game and skip the media player stuff? Have you tried running a different medial player in the background?

Your symptoms right now are really too general to give you a quick answer. I am not convinced that what you are having is a hardware problem.
