    I'm from Chile and have been waiting for it several weeks but the card isn't on the Chile Dell Site.. I just visited the england and spain dell sites and the isnt there neither.. DELL always makes this or what?

    Not really - a couple of Dell's notebooks were first released in England as opposed to the US.
