Whenever I'm playing a video or game there seems to be a small horizontal line that shows up when something fast is moving across the screen.

It does not matter what I am using to play video, as it does this on everything. I've tried setting vSync in games, with no help. Tripple buffering doesn't help either.

I've got all of the latest drivers for my 8600m GT, and all of the other drivers installed for this machine. It's been happening for a while. I don't know what the cause of it is.

    Any ideas?
